This event is a Surrealist inspired costume party encouraging uninhibited expression, free association and the juxtaposition of opposing realities combined with an exhibit drawn from a private collection of Surrealist photographs featuring Distortion works from 1933 by Andre Kertesz, curated by Jane Corkin.
All proceeds of this event will be to benefit The Immune Therapy Research Fund at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
The featured subjects include explorations of a changing Arctic, the health of oceans, biodiversity and extinction, sustainability and new, clean technologies. All of which Groundheat is proud to promote and sponsor.
